The Gorgeous Hussy: Megastars fill the cast in this fictionalized historical drama of Peggy O’Neal, President Andrew Jackson’s secret lover. The cast is beautifully costumed in well assigned settings. The movie is based on the novel by Samuel Hopkins Joyce. The Big Road: This movie is about a shy busboy who commits himself to a selfish nightclub singer. The film is abnormal (and oddly watchable), with extremely unorthodox roles for both Fonda and Ball.
